What we do
Our culinary team building activities attract a wide range of corporate groups.
Participants join us in our kitchen for a collaborative cooking experience that is followed by a seated lunch or dinner in the typical Italian convivial style.
We offer two kinds of Team Building events:

1) TEAM COOKING is a two hour collaborative cooking experience that is part participatory and part demonstration; we let the group take the initiative and the event proceeds in an informal and relaxed way.

2) THE CHALLENGE is a three hour culinary event. We split people into three groups, one for each course on the menu and, after our chefs have explained the recipes, each team works to create its own course. Then we all eat together and finally the Italian School of Cooking staff judges which group has been the best one.

Premises
Our team building activities take place in the Italian School of Cooking, a beautiful Italian style venue in the heart of Dublin, in Rathmines Park (rear of) 175A Rathgar Road, Dublin 6.

Menus
For your team you can choose one of the following menus:
A) Home made pasta, stuffed peppers and Italian dessert;
B) Stuffed pasta, parmigiana di melanzane and Italian dessert;
C) Risotto, frittata (omelette) and Italian dessert;
D) Bruschette, Focaccia, Pizza and Italian dessert.

Terms and condition
The minimum number of people to organize a team building event is 10 people per group. The price is € 65 per person for the TEAM COOKING and €70 per person for THE CHALLENGE.

Other services
During the event, The Italian School of Cooking is proud to invite you to taste one ½ bottle of wine, free of charge, for each participant in the Team Building exercise.
